The First Location Opens

Cafe Rio opens its doors at 532 E 400 S, Salt Lake City, UT. A small team of passionate cooks serves the neighborhood with a focused menu of fresh, handcrafted meals. Lines form within weeks.

2015

Expanding the Caferio Menu

Following guest feedback and a commitment to variety, the caferio kitchen expands its offerings to include seasonal specials, family-style platters, and a dedicated vegetarian and vegan menu section.

2017

Online Ordering Launched
